Hi, I'm Fede. MŌ is built with real work — part of a dream we poured all our energy, time, and story into.

Argentine with Italian roots, Fede founded MŌ Specialty Coffee in Alicante after moving here with his family nearly two years ago.

Everyone tries to guess where he's from — Arab, Turkish, Greek, Viking… Spoiler: none of the above. Just an Argentine with Italian heritage and an international face.

MŌ wasn't a leap into the void — it was a dream poured into with energy, time, and family history. Fede studied extensively to become the coffee professional he is today, and he loves sharing what he knows with colleagues — convinced that reciprocity is the key on this path.

What moves him most isn't the coffee itself — it's the people who return again and again, who recommend MŌ with affection, who leave reviews he reads aloud to his family every evening, and who arrive from abroad saying: "They told me about this place — I had to come."
